If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so we may accomodate.

Missed Appointments

In the event that you missed two consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Late Arrivals

While we value your time and your business we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the appointment if the client is 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accomodate, however, to ensure the best service to all our clients, another appointment may have to be made subject to availability.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to communicate to our clients of price increases. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied as to the accuracy of the pricing on this website with respect to product and/or service pricing.


We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment. We will do our best to accomodate a suitable appointment for your needs, however, it is recommended that you book an appointment in advance.


All services are non-refundable, however, if you are not satisfied with any of the services provided please let us know within a week of your booking and we would be happy to rectify the situation at no extra charge. In some cases a consultation with the stylist may be required or an appointment may need to be made in order to provide you with our best service. Hive does not take responsibility for concerns brought up later than one week of your appointment date.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash nor refunded. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Any services or items purchased with a gift card will not be refunded.


All personal information provided by the client on our information sheets is the property of Hive Hair Spa. The information will not be given out or sold and is only used by our stylists in order to provide the client with the best service possible. Please note that we ask all new clients to complete the information sheet. The client reserves the right to refuse. Clients that opt to refuse completing the information sheet will not receive the First Visit 20% Discount nor the Referral Card for our rewards program.

Personal Belongings

Hive Hair Spa shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss to personal belongings while at the salon. Smocks are made available for your convenience to help protect your clothing while services are being rendered.
